Jobs with a total price under $1,000 will be paid in full by the customer on the start date.
Jobs with a total price of $1,000 or more will require payment in full amount
or a minimum of 25% of the total cost on the start date of the project.
Upon signing a contract, the customer agrees to pay a minimum of 25% of the total price on the start date of the project/service, and agrees to pay the remaining balance on the date of completion.
When the customer agrees to any work or services provided by Middle Tennessee Irrigation LLC and receives a warranty, the customer is granted protection of costs associated with a failure to perform proper workmanship on the project or service. by the provider.
Additional Terms are as follows:
1. If the customer agrees to maintenance or services on a preexisting system or a system installed by Middle Tennessee Irrigation LLC (lighting or irrigation) from any other entity other than Middle Tennessee Irrigation LLC, then the warranty is considered VOID.
2. During the warranty period, ONLY Middle Tennessee Irrigation LLC shall perform maintenance or alterations to the system in order to keep the WARRANTY VALID.
3. Any work done by the homeowner or a third party to a system installed or last serviced by Middle Tennessee Irrigation LLC, will TERMINATE any type of warranty provided by Middle Tennessee Irrigation LLC.
