When you invest in Middle Tennessee Irrigation LLC, you have the ability to invest your money on one-year terms with a minimum investment of $5000. The amount you contribute into our company will determine the percentage of return you receive on your investment. Make your initial investment and watch your money grow.

Yearly Distribution:

At the end of each 12 month term, you will receive a distribution of between 2% and 5% of your initial investment in the company with the option to extend your term for an additional year or simply withdraw your initial investment plus your annual return.
